Shipping:
Shipping charges ₹49 are applicable on all orders below ₹499 across the website.
A fee of ₹49 is charged on all COD orders.
All orders will take 3-5 working days to be delivered depending on the pin code.
Returns & Exchange:
Products may be returned for a refund within 7 days after delivery, provided that the packages remain sealed and undamaged.
Your request for a return must be approved by the Krunchytree team. Following receipt and approval of your request, we will schedule a return pick-up for an agreed-upon time.
If for some reason your products come broken or missing, you have 48 hours after placing your order to email us a picture of the broken or missing product along with its barcode, as well as an unboxing video that shows you opening the outer carton and seeing the products.
After returns are approved, we’ll give you the option of an exchange or refund. If, depending on the region, return shipping costs and a stocking fee are necessary, you will receive a refund on the original payment method that was used.
Items that were shipped in error, may have been damaged, or both will be fully refunded. After we receive the returned goods, we will complete the refund within 7 working days.

Cancellation Policy:
A bulk order is any one that has 10 or more units in it. Under no circumstances may bulk orders be canceled.
For other orders, once the order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway, cancellation and refund requests are not permitted.
Refund requests will only be considered post application of ₹100 which are standard Cancellation Charges
If the buyer does not get the delivery of the ordered products within 15 days,
a. If Krunchytree.com fails to ship the ordered products.
b. If our partner courier services do not service the shipping location.
Refund Requests are not accepted in the following situations:
a. Requests for refunds for damaged goods will not be accepted. We will exchange damaged products in accordance with our exchange policy.
b. If a consumer wishes to return a product because they don’t like it after it’s been delivered or they feel it doesn’t live up to their expectations, there will be no acceptance of returns.
c. The customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address or phone number.
d. The recipient is not present at the specified address or location.
e. Declining to accept products
f. Delivered to the address or anyone the client specifies, besides the customer.
g. Force majeure event
h. If there has been any tampering with the product by the customer
